Retaining walls have to be strong enough to hold back the soil behind them. Many factors are involved when building or repairing a retaining wall. ie: will the retaining wall have to support a heavy vehicle, a building or just leveling out a yard. Frost and temperature are also important factors as these effect the walls interior and exterior design and re-inforcement.
